Sin, grace, and zero tolerance.

...accused priests should be accorded due process according to canon law. This, too, sometimes fails to happen.
Priests are summarily removed on the basis of an accusation perhaps made only by telephone or an anonymous note, often in ways that give the impression that they must be guilty.
Many accused priests complain that they are not even told the nature of the charges against them. The charges should be specific and should be in writing, made under oath, and signed by the accuser.
The canonical norms for a preliminary investigation should be observed...
